Hello Friends!
Happy (late) new year! I hope everyone has had a well deserved restful break!
Katy and I would like to thank each and everyone of you for your generous donations, thoughts and prayers for this event. We must admit that we were worried about not getting donations and not having support, but the Lord definitely provides.
A special thank you to Bernice Tsoi for hand-making and designing the cards that were distributed to our helpers and donators. If you would like to know more about her card making or if you want to see more of her designs, please visit:

Advent Conspiracy Cards are still available from Katy and I, on a pay what you can basis. The money will be used to buy toiletries for University Settlement.
On Sunday, January 17th, 2010, we will be announcing the final tally of all the items collected...
Please Stay Tuned

Hello Everyone!
Sorry for the inconsistency...we have been so busy with school that Advent Conspiracy updates were placed aside. Just a reminder that TOMORROW will be the last day so remember to bring in all items! =) We will have cards on hand so you'll receive it before Christmas.
For your interest, the cards were designed and made by Jaynelle's sister, Bernice. She does have a card making business so if you are interested, here is a link to her site: Btsoidesigns also.. this is the new AC 2009 promo video that we couldn't get to work... AC 2009

Mission #1: Urban Promise
Start date: November 1st
Achieved by: November 15th
**Updated: November 18, 2009**
.::hmmm I wonder if we fulfilled this goal... results will be revealed this Sunday Nov 20!!::. -Mok
So for our first "mission" we will be helping Urban Promise Toronto with collecting NEW clothes, jackets and household items to be put in Christmas hampers for 3 different families. By looking at the list, some of you may be wondering .... Q: HOW can 3 families need THAT many jackets? The answer is simple, family #1 is a single mom with 2 girls, family #2 is new family with a new baby girl, and family # 3 is one mom taking care of two families thats a total of 5 kids under only her watch!
With the weather quickly dropping, it is crucial that these families get some suitable clothing for the winter since most of them are in a socio-economic crisis and cannot obtain these necessities on their own. It is our goal to help them stay warm and healthy this christmas.
So the following is the FIRST list of items we hope to collect. We Do realize that this list is quite specific, but we feel that by helping UP collect these items, we can really spread God's love with these families.

How this Works
1) Goals will be sent out bi-weekly for different organizations
2) YOU donate!
3) Volunteers (like you) collect them
4) You receive a HAND MADE christmas card for your donation & an insert indicating the generous gift that you have made
(note: this is a good/unique opportunity to donate on someone's behalf!)
4) We will bring them to the respective organizations to be distributed..
